Manufacturing

Plant for processing of wood (PPW) traces its history back to 1979. In the Soviet period it was the largest enterprise in the south of Ukraine for the production of interior doors and windows. In 2004, PPW joined the company “Formet”, after which the enterprise was carried out technical reconstruction, carried out the production facilities with modern equipment, introduce advanced production technology of interior doors. Currently, PPW has a full, closed production cycle, from sawing, drying wood and finishing painting and packing of finished door panels and molding. PPW has its own railway siding, a concrete pad for receiving and storing wood, high-performance complex for sawing wood, a modern complex of drying wood, some carpentry shops, forging, painting department, finished products warehouse, crane, motor industry, other parts of the infrastructure. The plant is located in the immediate vicinity of highways, railway lines, Odessa and Ilichevsk seaports. The area of PPW is 47700 sq.

Metalworking

Serial production of the metal profile and mounting hardware for drywall systems “Formet” company started in 2003. Profiles are made of galvanized steel sheet by cold forming. Production is equipped with semi-automatic line for cutting roll metal thickness from 0,3 mm to 1,0 mm, semi-automatic lines for manufacturing of all kinds of structures, including arch. At the enterprise there is a pressing department, equipped with press equipment to the value of effort from 6,5 tons to 63 tons, and the corresponding park stamps. There is a section on manufacturing metal wire hangers, molded, repair department, etc.

Production on a separate, self-industrial site with a suitable infrastructure and proximity to consumer products. There is an opportunity to roll steel, supplied by both road and rail.
